Class Schedule
Little Ninja Classes This program is specially designed for students from ages 3-5. Students will develop self discipline, coordination, flexibility, strength, balance, & self esteem through fun drills, exercise, & games.
Jr. Karate Classes Our Jr. Karate classes are a blended style of Martial Arts including Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing & Aikido, that offer a variety of benefits. Self Discipline is one of the main things we focus on to help kids build good character. Our curriculum is set up in a way that helps students boost their self confidence, self esteem, self awareness, concentration, focus, and self control, while working on such things as flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, endurance, and core strength.
Teen & Adult Karate Classes Our Teen & Adult classes offer the same benefits that we offer our Jr. students but at a more advanced level. We reserve the more advanced Kickboxing and Aikido techniques for this class as they are considered a contact sport and not intended for Jr. students.
Kickboxing Classes Kickboxers train under International guidelines. These classes are reserved for adult students as well as for students 15 to 17 yrs. old. This full contact sport also offers a variety of benefits including self-discipline, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-awareness, self-control as well as improvement in flexibility, agility, coordination, endurance, and strength. Competitions & Tournaments We offer special training sessions for students interested in participating in competitions and/or tournaments.
Private Classes Private Karate or Kickboxing classes are offered by appointment only. Please call the Programs Director for available times and days at 281-485-5151.
